Single puppy/canine package:

   Your single canine or puppy registration package will also consist of the Certified Purebred Database decorative 6" x 9" official and nationally recognized certificate of registration complete with the registered owners information, origin of the puppy, breed, name, and official registration number of your puppy. This special certificate is also equipped with your canine's date of birth, color, sex and registration class. All certificates will be accented by the CPD official seal of authenticity at no extra charge. Once the completed single puppy/canine registration application is received, the CPD guarantees 24 hour rush service for the arrival of your registration package within ten business days.   Those who have chosen to register one or more puppies for the purpose of gift or sale will receive registration applications which will correspond with each puppy. These applications will be complete with breeder/pet store information and each puppy's new registration number. The puppy's new owner will be responsible to complete the transaction. The maximum amount of temporary applications that will be issued is 16 per litter. Once the completed litter registration application is received, the CPD guarantees 24 hour rush service for the arrival of your registration package within ten business days. Family Foundation Registration:

   Those who have chosen to register a sire, dam and their new puppies will receive an official CPD registration certificate for each adult canine along with pre printed puppy applications to be passed on to each puppy's new owner. Each pre printed puppy application will consist of the puppy's information (breed, sex, birthday, sire and dam's information) along with the owner's information. Once your puppy's new owner receives this pre printed puppy application, he/she is responsible to complete the "New owner's" section of the application and forward it along with a $15 check or money order. Photos of the new puppy are not required.  Once the completed Family Foundation registration application is received, the CPD guarantees 24 hour rush service for the arrival of your registration package within ten business days.
